My Persian, Cleo, is anxious around strangers — boarding her used to mean three days of stress when she came home. Our Pet Watch sitter comes to the house, follows her routine exactly, and sends photo updates. Cleo barely notices I'm gone.

SERVICES
Cat Services Built Around Your Cat's Comfort - and Your Schedule
Every cat has their own routine, quirks, and opinions about strangers entering the house. Pet Watch offers a range of certified cat care services, from a quick 30-minute home visit to full overnight sitting, all bookable instantly through the app.
Home Visit
Home visits are the least disruptive way to care for your cat while you're out. Your sitter comes to your home, follows your feeding instructions, cleans the litter, and spends quality playtime with your cat, all without uprooting them from the environment they love.
Cat Boarding
When your cat needs to be out of the house, boarding with a Pet Watch sitter offers something a cattery never can - a real home environment, personal attention, and a carer who genuinely loves cats. No cages, no rows of stressed animals - just a warm, quiet home.
Cat Sitting
For cats who are attached to their home, and most are, in-home cat sitting is the gold standard. Your cat stays in their own space, follows their own routine, and has a certified sitter come to them. Less disruption, less stress, and a far more content cat waiting when you get back.
Add-Ons to Customise Your Cat's Care
Every cat has unique needs. These optional add-ons let you tailor each booking, so your cat gets exactly the care they need — nothing more, nothing less.
Bottled Water
Prefer your cat drinks bottled rather than tap? Add this to any booking and your sitter will keep fresh bottled water available throughout the visit.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything UAE cat parents ask us before their first booking - answered clearly and honestly.
Cat home visits with Pet Watch start at AED 50 for a 30-minute feeding and playtime visit, and AED 70 for a 60-minute visit. In-home cat sitting starts from AED 130 for up to 10 hours, and AED 180 for overnight (12–24 hour) care. Cat boarding at a sitter's home starts from AED 100 for day care and AED 110 for a full 24-hour stay. All prices are shown upfront in the app before you confirm any booking.
Yes. Every cat sitter on the Pet Watch platform goes through a multi-step vetting process before their first booking. This includes identity verification, a background check, and completion of the Pet Watch certification program, which covers feline behavior, cat-specific handling, feeding standards, and UAE climate care guidelines. No sitter can accept bookings until this process is complete.
A cat home visit is a short, focused visit, 30 or 60 minutes, where your sitter comes to your home to feed your cat, clean the litter, and spend quality playtime with them before leaving. Cat sitting means the sitter stays at your home for an extended period (up to 10 hours or overnight), providing continuous company, care, and supervision. Home visits are ideal for daily check-ins; sitting is better for longer absences.
Cat boarding means your cat stays in the sitter's home - a good option when your cat needs to be out of the house and you want them in a home environment rather than a cattery. Cat sitting means the sitter comes to your home - ideal for cats who are territorial, anxious in new spaces, or simply attached to their own environment. Both services include feeding, litter care, and photo updates.
Yes. Once you've found a sitter your cat is comfortable with, you can save them as a favorite and request them for all future bookings. Consistency is particularly important for cats, they take time to build trust, and having the same familiar face each visit makes a genuine difference to their comfort and behavior.
Pet Watch sitters can administer oral and topical medications as part of the Medication add-on (AED 30). Sitters follow your dosage schedule and update you after each administration, ideal for managing chronic conditions or post-op recovery.
Pet Watch cat services are available across all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. Enter your location in the app to see available certified cat sitters near you.
All payments are made securely inside the app through Mamo, fully cashless, with a clear record of every transaction. No cash changes hands. Pet Watch also supports Buy Now, Pay Later through Tabby, allowing you to split bookings into easy instalments at no extra cost. UAE residents can verify their account quickly using UAE Pass.
Cats are more self-sufficient than dogs, but leaving them entirely alone for more than 24 hours is not recommended, particularly in UAE apartments where temperature and humidity changes can affect their comfort, and where access to fresh water and a clean litter box is essential. Pet Watch home visits and in-home sitting services are specifically designed for cat parents who need flexible, low-disruption care for their cat when they can't be there.
