Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your Pet Watch account at any time, directly in the app.

Pet parents: open Profile → Personal details → Delete account, choose Delete, then confirm.

Pet sitters: open Profile → Delete account, then confirm.

Can't access the app? Email info@petwatchapp.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify the request and confirm by email once your account has been deleted.

What is deleted: your profile and contact details, your pet profiles, photos and pet documents (such as vaccination records and passports). Any booking requests that have not started yet are cancelled.

What may be kept: records we are required to keep by law, such as payment and invoice records, are kept only for as long as the law requires. Reviews you have written may remain on the platform without your name.

Delete some of your data without deleting your account: email info@petwatchapp.com from the email address on your account, tell us which data you want deleted (for example pet profiles, photos or documents), and we will confirm by email once it has been removed.

Prefer a break instead? You can deactivate your account from the same screen. Your profile is hidden until you sign in again.

Privacy and your data

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and your rights. Pet Watch FZCO is the data controller under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021. For any privacy request, email info@petwatchapp.com.
